We want to raise up leaders who know themselves and and have a clear sense of purpose. This focus doesn't have to wait until college; high school students can make a difference in the world now.

 

Our program uses strategies and principles from around the world to help young leaders know how their unique gift can make a difference in the world around them.

We believe that young leaders are heroes. But no hero begins a hero (unless you're Hercules). Every hero needs a guide to help them learn skills and see their potential.

Our program provides both cutting-edge leadership training and coaching to help empower the student.

We believe that if we commit to becoming and building leaders worth following, then we will see a massive shift in the cultures of organizations, families, cities, and countries across the world.
